POWERFILM: ABOUT TO BREAK RESISTANCE

pflm-130611

The chart of Powerfilm (PFLM.L), AIM Lodon, is a clear example of a flat base. The price has moved horizontally from December 2008 to June 2011. We can draw a horizontal line along the price tops at 36. The first time the stock found resistance at the 36 area was on May 2009. The stock didn’t reach that point again until August  where you can see the stock barely tested the resistance area.
The third time Powerfilm ran into this resistance was on September 2010. Now the price is touching again this level and I expect that the price breaks the 36 level in the next days.
The chart is very explosive, once the resistance is broken, the stock can continue to move upwards up to the 100 price target.

Disclaimer: I am long PFLM.L
